When you use cloud transcription and translation features, audio or text data will be temporarily uploaded to our servers for immediate processing. Data will be deleted immediately after processing is complete, with no long-term storage in any form.

(2) Local Data Storage

File Downloads: All downloaded files are always saved on your local device, Grabcube will not upload or store them.
API Keys: If you use custom AI API Keys (such as OpenAI, Google, DeepL, etc.), key information is only saved on your local device, we cannot access, view, or store your API Keys.

II. Data Protection and Security

Grabcube employs encryption transmission, permission isolation, and other technologies to ensure data security during transmission.
All transcription and translation conducted through the cloud, data only exists during processing and is automatically deleted immediately after completion, with no copies retained on servers.
User API Key information is completely stored locally, Grabcube will not collect or transmit it in any form.
Data Retention Period: Cloud-processed data is deleted immediately after processing is complete, with a maximum retention time not exceeding 24 hours.
Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours and take appropriate remedial measures.

Grabcube uses open-source yt-dlp technology to access third-party websites through public network interfaces.
AI transcription and translation features rely on Grabcube cloud services, or your custom third-party AI services (such as OpenAI, Google, DeepL, etc.).
When using third-party AI services, data is communicated directly between user devices and third-party APIs, and related data processing follows the third party's privacy policy and terms of service.

V. Copyright and Legal Disclaimer

Grabcube does not provide any content storage, hosting, or distribution services.
This software serves only as a technical tool. Users must ensure they have the corresponding legal rights for content downloaded, transcribed, or translated through this software.
Some third-party websites may explicitly prohibit content downloading. When using Grabcube, users must comply with the target website's terms of service and applicable laws and regulations in their region.
Any disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from users violating third-party website terms, copyright laws, or related regulations shall be borne by users themselves, and Grabcube assumes no legal responsibility.
Grabcube assumes no legal responsibility of any form for any operations performed by users using this software, including but not limited to copyright risks involved in downloading, transcription, translation, and other functions.

VI. AI Service Disclaimer

Accuracy Limitations: Grabcube's AI transcription and subtitle translation features rely on current artificial intelligence technology and may have issues such as mistranslation, omission, inaccuracy, and contextual understanding errors.
Not Suitable for High-Risk Scenarios: AI transcription and translation results must not be used for medical diagnosis, legal advice, contract text, financial advice, or any scenarios involving personal safety, legal liability, or significant economic interests.
Use at Your Own Risk: Grabcube assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users while relying on AI services.
Model Limitations: AI output content does not represent Grabcube's position and does not constitute any form of commitment, guarantee, or warranty.
Regarding Data Processing:
- Cloud Transcription and Translation: Uploaded data is only used for immediate processing and is deleted immediately after processing is complete, with no storage.
- Local API Key Mode: All API requests are communicated directly between user devices and third-party AI services, Grabcube does not participate in, save, or track any data.

VII. Custom API Key Special Notice

Local Storage: API Keys (OpenAI, DeepL, Google, etc.) filled in by users are only stored on local devices. Grabcube cannot access, view, or store any user API Keys.
Data Flow: When using custom API Keys, related transcription and translation requests are sent directly from user devices to third-party AI services, and data transmission, processing, security, and privacy completely follow the third-party service provider's policies.
Liability Statement: Users must ensure their use of third-party AI services complies with their terms of use. Grabcube assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from third-party services (including costs, data privacy, security issues).

VIII. Disclaimer

Grabcube assumes no responsibility for service interruptions or functional failures caused by third-party platform interface changes, legal policy adjustments, or force majeure.
Grabcube assumes no compensation liability for service anomalies caused by network failures, device abnormalities, or other factors beyond our control.
Any liability arising from users violating target website terms, relevant laws and regulations, or infringing on others' rights shall be borne by users themselves.
